  9. balance, sum of the years debits, and ACRS recovery systems supported. Assets
  10. may be maintained in an inactive file, removed from service, or sold and
  11. accounted for through the fixed assets system. Numerous reports are provided
  12. which can be customized and new reports are easily written.
